Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size-related issues. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size, with one exchange allowed per order. Combo packs must be returned entirely for an exchange. Reverse pickup is arranged, typically within 3 days. A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 applies unless the issue stems from our error.

Note: In case of an exchange due to an error on our part (such as delivering the wrong design or size), no reverse shipping fee will be charged. However, if you are returning a product for other reasons, a reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Return Policy: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defects such as:

• Wrong or damaged print.
• Fabric discoloration.
• Loose stitching or noticeable defects.

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the defect. If confirmed, we will provide a free replacement.

Refunds: Refunds are processed only for approved defective returns and will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
